Groundhog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 groundhog
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Clean groundhog.
    Parboil in clear water until tender.
    Season with spices and roast over open flame.
    Or bake in oven until brown.
