Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or less
2 c. plain flour
Preparation
-
Sprinkle yeast over water and let dissolve.
Add shortening, sugar and flour.
Mix together.
Knead and roll and cut out.
Let rise 20 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Makes about 1 dozen.
