Guacamole(Mexican Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    1/2 small onion, grated
    2 crushed cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half and remove seeds.
    With a fork, mash avocado flesh with onion and garlic until smooth.
    Blend in lemon juice and oil.
    Season to taste with salt, black pepper, cayenne and the sauces.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
