Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut in 24 pieces
1 medium green pepper, cut in 24 pieces
1 apple, cut in 24 pieces
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

You will also need 12 (6-inch) long skewers.
On each skewer, alternate chicken, green pepper and apple.
Repeat once.
Place kabobs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine lemon juice with oil.
Brush on kabobs.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Makes 4 servings.
