Stir-Fried Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Wash and string beans.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Pour oil around top of preheated wok, allow to heat for 2 minutes.
    Add beans.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add chicken broth and sugar.
    Cover. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and water; add to wok.
    Cook beans until thickened.
    Yields 4 servings.
