Honey Nut Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn bran cereal
1 c. Quaker oats
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix cereal, oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt.
In small saucepan, mix butter, honey and brown sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted and ingredients are well blended.
Pour honey and butter mixture over cereal; mix until thoroughly coated.
Spread into 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is golden brown, turning occasionally.
Immediately spread mixture onto waxed paper.
Stir in raisins.
Cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
