M'S Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. (20 oz.) undrained crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Cook until clear and thick, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add butter and lemon juice.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
