Tailgate Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Disjoint chicken wings and discard tips.
Stir all others together for marinade.
Marinate overnight in plastic bag, turning a few times.
To cook, place in flat pan so they can spread out and bake at 350\u00b0 for more than an hour, basting with marinade until its gone and wings are glazed.
Sue cooks them about an hour and a half.
