Pineapple Cheese Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple or lemon Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. grated orange or lemon rind
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add syrup; cool slightly.
