Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium sized potatoes
1/2 to 3/4 stick butter or margarine
seasoned salt
chopped chives
sour cream or Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Slice unpeeled potatoes by hand or in food processor and place into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam, sprinkling seasoned salt as you go. Place pats of butter on top of potatoes and sprinkle with chives. Cover with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cover dish with paper towel or vented plastic wrap. Cook on High in microwave 10 to 12 minutes. Stir midway through cooking cycle. (Cooking time will vary.) Garnish with sour cream or serve as is.
