Mmmpossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
cheesecake topping (below)
fruit

Preparation

Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick in blender for 15 seconds on high.
Add cream cheese and beat for 2 minutes on high.
Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes, until center is firm.
Let cool.
