Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. level cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 medium diced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix meat, cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, onion and flour. Lightly brown onion in butter; add to meat mixture.
    Shape into balls; lightly brown in same pan as onion.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with soup (plus 1/2 can of water).
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then uncover for 10 more minutes.
