Oriental Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Precook wild rice in 3 cups water until tender.
    Don't drain. (Cover with water and bring to a boil; turn heat down and simmer 45 to 60 minutes.)
    Brown ground beef and saute onion, celery and green pepper.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
