Broiled Herbed Chicken(Serves Four) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryer, quartered
3/4 stick butter
several large sprigs parsley
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lift the skin of the chicken carefully with your fingers, being careful not to tear it or detach it except from the main part of the flesh. You are forming pockets in it. Soften butter. Chop parsley and blend it in until you have a slightly greenish paste. Add thyme.
