Zucchini Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices white bread, toasted and made into crumbs
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
artificial sweetener to equal or use 12 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 medium eggs, well beaten
2 medium apples, chopped (little)
1 c. shredded, drained, cooked zucchini (about 2)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 in 8-inch square nonstick baking dish for 55 to 60 minutes.
Serves 4.
