For Goodness Sakes Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatins in boiling water.
    Cool slightly.
    Stir in the milk, pineapple, nuts and horseradish sauce; mix well.
    Chill until partially set.
    Pour into an oiled 8-cup mold.
    Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
    Unmold and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
