Plumcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat the butter until creamy, then add the eggs and continue beating.
Add the sugar and beat until fluffy.
Stir the flour and the baking powder into the dough. Spread the dough into an 8-inch spring-form pan (buttered) and bake it around 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove the sides and bottom of pan and cool on a rack.
Is good warm or cold.
