Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) can picante sauce or bean dip
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. finely shredded cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Spread sauce over the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or another shallow serving dish.
    Carefully spread sour cream over sauce. Sprinkle cheese and remaining ingredients over all.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with crisp corn chips.
