Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pan Old-Fashioned Egg Cornbread
    4 eggs
    4 to 6 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. sage
    6 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 large onion, chopped
    stock from turkey or chicken
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery.
    Crumble cornbread and add white bread, onion, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning and stock (may use canned stock and some water).
    Mix well; the mixture should be the consistency of thick cornbread batter.
    Pour into a large, oblong pan, greased or sprayed with Pam.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm and browned on top.
