Caramel Apple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green apples
4 red apples
1 large pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Slice apples and leave peelings on.
Soak in lemon water to keep apples from turning brown.
Drain.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla.
Mix and place in small bowl.
Arrange apples nicely around bowl mixing the colors of apples to make attractive.
