Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon juice
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, flour and melted butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add vanilla and buttermilk.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 after 10 minutes.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
