New England Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    6 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. fine dry plain bread crumbs
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 (6 oz.) cans crab meat, drained and flaked
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Spray unheated large skillet with nonstick spray.
    Add the celery, onion and parsley.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until tender.
    Remove from heat.
