Green Noodles With Mushroom And Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green noodles
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil over medium heat.
    Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Pour in wine and cook until mushrooms are cooked.
    Add olives and pine nuts and saute 8 minutes.
    Add chopped parsley.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Toss with sauce and serve.
