Katie'S Breakfast Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large baking potatoes
1 doz. eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes in oven until done.
Cool.
Slice potatoes lengthwise and scoop out.
Scramble eggs.
Cook eggs in butter, leaving eggs still soft.
Mix eggs with potato meat, sour cream and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Heap mix into potato shells.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
