Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, disjointed and wing tips discarded
    1/2 c. red plum jam
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 or 4 drops hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    Combine remaining ingredients and brush generously over wings.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes, basting frequently.
    Serve with Chinese hot mustard, if desired.
