Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1 c. seasoned stuffing
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Pour butter on chicken. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and milk in dregs of first mixture.
    Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over chicken or in gravy boat.
    Serves 4 to 6.
