Easy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix lemon jello and hot water.
    Stir until jello is dissolved. Let cool.
    Add Miracle Whip and stir.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together.
    Fold in 8 ounce carton whipped topping. Refrigerate overnight.
