Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli; brown onion in margarine and stir in water and flour.
    Beat eggs in bowl; add broccoli, then mix in Cheez Whiz.
    Add and mix in onion mixture; put in 9-inch pie plate, top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
