Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cilantro leaves, chopped fine
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 to 2 Serrano peppers or 1 can green chilies and add hot peppers to taste
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2/3 c. tomato puree
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Ready to eat.
    Makes 1 jar.
