3/4 c. water
1 c. white bread flour
1/3 c. wheat bread flour
1/3 c. medium rye flour
1/3 c. dark rye flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. cocoa powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
1/4 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 2/3 tsp. fast rise yeast
