Vegetable Pie(Low Fat Vegetarian Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. frozen spinach or chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. nonfat milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Spray 10 inch pie pan with Pam.
    Arrange frozen vegetables in pie pan.
    Sprinkle onions and peppers on top.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    In blender, combine remaining ingredients and blend.
    Pour over frozen vegetables.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 35 - 40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4.
