Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. hot applesauce
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. wine
1/2 lb. candied fruit
2 tsp. allspice or cloves
1/2 c. dates
1 c. currants

Preparation

Cream together oleo, egg and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour in a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
