Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. onion, grated
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 env. Knox gelatine
Preparation

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add bouillon cubes and Knox gelatine that has been softened in 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir until dissolved and cool.
Add other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill.
Cut in squares to serve.
