White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. vanilla flavored candy coating, melted or vanilla chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese (medium speed) until smooth.
    Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
    Stir in candy coating and pecans.
    Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into small squares.
    Makes 2 pounds.
