Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream (lite is fine)
    4 drops red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 or 2 bananas, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can pitted Bing cherries
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all but cherries and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Stir in the last 2 ingredients lightly.
    Line muffin cups with muffin papers (I prefer foil).
    Spoon mixture into tins.
    Cover and freeze 15 minutes before serving.
    Will make about 16.
