Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white self-rising flour
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, sour cream or yogurt and bananas.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour until moist.
    Fold in nuts and pour batter into pans.
    Grease and flour two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or until done.
