Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork spareribs
1 medium size onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard (salad style)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut ribs in servings and place in single layer in pan.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until brown.
