Aunt Flossie'S Unbelievable Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. strained beet juice
    1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
    2 pkg. Sure-Jell
    8 c. sugar
    3 oz. pkg. jello (any flavor)
    1 pkg. Kool-Aid (same flavor as jello)
Preparation
    Bring beet juice, lemon juice and Sure-Jell to a boil.
    Add sugar and jello.
    Stir until dissolved and boil 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Test to thickness wanted, then skim and add Kool-Aid.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
