Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. raw ground turkey
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Over medium heat,
    in
    a
    large skillet, heat oil.
    Add turkey and onions, cook and stir about 4 to 5 minutes or until turkey is no\tlonger\tpink.
    Stir
    in
    garlic,
    chili
    powder, paprika, cumin,
    salt,
    pepper and tomatoes, cover.\tOver high heat, bring to\ta
    boil;
    reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Add beans, cook until heated through.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
