Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

3 c. Bisquick mix
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake on cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes approximately 80 balls.
