Dutch Oven Omelet For Branding Crew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 doz. eggs
    1/2 c. water
    1 small can mild green chilies, chopped
    1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place 2 tablespoons oil in Dutch oven.\tDice onions and mushrooms; add to the oven.
    Chop bacon; add to Dutch oven and cook
    until
    bacon\tis
    crisp.
    Drain.
    Beat
    eggs,
    water and seasonings.
    Add
    drained
    chilies; pour over mixture in Dutch oven.
    Place
    on
    prepared\tcoals
    until eggs are set.
    Stir 2 times,
    then
    add
    grated
    cheese over eggs.
    Put on preheated lid;
    cook over coals, just until cheese has melted.
    Cut into wedges; serve with salsa.
