Broccoli Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box frozen broccoli
1 small box broccoli florets
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. Minute rice or cooked rice

Preparation

Parboil broccoli and cauliflower.
Drain. Layer broccoli, cauliflower and canned onion rings.
Pour sauce over all.
