Veal Cutlets Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal cutlets
    1/2 c. flour
    2 egg yolks
    salt and pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pound
    cutlets
    thin and roll in flour.
    Beat egg yolks slightly
    and
    add
    salt
    and
    pepper.
    Dip floured cutlets in beaten eggs and then roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry cutlets in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
