Lemon Herb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
Flour
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
8 cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp crushed tarragon
2 Tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation

Sprinkle breasts with salt and pepper and dredge with flour. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Saute breasts 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
Add tomatoes and cook until heated through. Transfer chicken and tomatoes to warm plate. Add tarragon, parsley and lemon juice to skilled and deglaze. Pour over each breast. Serves 4. 20 minute preparation.
