Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sliced fresh fruit (optional)
Preparation

Beat 1 cup whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add sugar, beating well.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; fold into whipping cream mixture.
Fold in vanilla.
