Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can beets, sliced or small whole
2/3 c. beet juice
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain beets.
Measure 2/3 cup beet juice, sugar, vinegar and salt.
Heat together to boiling point.
Add drained beets.
Bring back just to boiling.
