Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. potato juice
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes and onion.
    Put in a baking dish.
    Add stick of butter, cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup potato juice.
    Bake in oven until browned.
    (Good for pork chops and chicken.)
