Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. wild rice
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat margarine.
    Add mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add pecans and cook for 1 minute.
    Wash rice well and drain. Mix rice with margarine mixture.
    Add broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Turn into greased casserole and cover.
    Bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
