Spinach Salad With Sweet-Sour Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped fine (or add sliced onions to salad)
Preparation
    Mix in a blender or with rotary beater.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps well.
    Just before serving, toss well with fresh spinach leaves, bacon (fried crisp and crumbled), hard-boiled eggs (chopped) and sliced fresh mushrooms.
