Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. rice
Preparation
-
Cook sausage and drain.
Saute celery, bell pepper and onion in sausage drippings and drain.
Place sausage and vegetables in a baking dish.
Add rice and chicken broth on top of sausage and mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
